We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.
• You provide proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards
• Customized or personalized products

3. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your return has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at BuatGeorge385@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Return shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

6. Processing & Shipping Times

• Return processing time: 1-2 business days after receiving your return.
• Shipping time for replacement items or deliveries: 5-10 business days.

7. Order Cancellations
